Dishwasher

The Dishwasher at Lillie Mae s Southern Buffet & Bar is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized dish area while ensuring the kitchen and buffet team have a consistent supply of clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment.

This position plays an essential role in restaurant operations and food safety. Dishwashers are expected to work efficiently, maintain cleanliness throughout their shift, properly handle restaurant equipment, and assist with general kitchen cleanliness when needed.
