Responsibilities:- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and sanitation tasks
- Take out trash and recycling as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, work areas, and equipment
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently with the culinary team to keep kitchen operations running smoothly
Requirements:- Previous dishwasher or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, hardworking, and dependable
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed
