Job description

Red Fish Grill, owned and operated by Ralph Brennan, is a vibrant, seafood-centric, polished-casual landmark in the first block of Bourbon Street that delivers innovative twists on casual New Orleans seafood. The lively décor, expansive bar, and laid-back vibe keeps this iconic location full and bustling!

Dishwashers adhere to restaurant specifications and standards in operating the dish machine to wash restaurant and kitchen wares, clean and maintain equipment and dish stations, kitchen, restrooms, and all other areas of the restaurant. These team members wash pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils and equipment; assist in duties to clean and maintain interior and exterior physical property and fixtures; and maintain the organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of related experience or a culinary degree
• High-volume restaurant experience a plus
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Maintain positive attitude
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Have the ability to read and follow menus and recipes
