Musashi Japanese Fusion is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Dishwasher / Kitchen Prep Team Member to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, follows directions well, and understands the importance of teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen.
Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking supplies, and organizing storage areas.
Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Help kitchen staff with additional tasks as directed.
Work efficiently during busy restaurant hours.
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
Must follow directions carefully and be willing to learn.
Must live in Frisco or the surrounding area, preferably with a short, reliable commute.
Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
Must maintain good personal hygiene and cleanliness.
Restaurant kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred.
