Cucina 38 in North Attleboro, MA (15 mins from Providence, RI) is looking for a hard-working, reliable Dishwasher/ Prep Cook with a desire to learn and grow in the restaurant industry. In this dual role, you will be responsible assisting in kitchen prep for a successful scratch kitchen, while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Your core skills in being orderly and focused will be crucial in keeping the flow of the evening going. With experience in the food industry and a strong focus on getting the job done quickly and efficiently, you will support the team in providing an exceptional experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and pans.
- Work efficiently to keep up with a busy scratch kitchen
- Assist with food preparation tasks and assembling ingredients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Some knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and remaining focused on the job.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a POSITIVE attitude towards collaboration.
