Dishwasher - Part Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Busser to support both kitchen and front-of-house operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, ensuring smooth table turnover, and helping provide a positive dining experience for guests. This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash high-capacity amounts of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a fast-paced restaurant setting
• Ensure all items are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored in designated areas
• Maintain kitchen, dishwashing, and storage areas in a clean and orderly condition
• Responsible for removing all used dishes and tableware from dining areas
• Prepare and reset tables in a professional manner for new guests
• Help expedite the restaurant floor by clearing and setting tables quickly and efficiently
• Support timely seating of guests by ensuring table availability
• Assist kitchen and front-of-house staff with various tasks as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness and organization
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

• Part-time position
