Dishwasher

Accountable for opening and closing duties according to Jack Stack standards. 

Accountable for using the correct type and amount of cleaning chemicals for designated items  

Accountable for cleaning designated equipment, sinks, refrigerators/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and garbage areas, as assigned, following established procedures. 

Handles all wares carefully to prevent breakage and loss. 

Accountable for Guest Satisfaction and Overall Experience  

Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed and necessary  

2+ years of Front and/or Back of the house experience in a high-volume, full-service food environment preferred but not required. 

Cannot be convicted of a felony. 

Ability to multi-task and quickly think on your feet. 

Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. 

Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. 

Ability to be self-motivated and take initiative. 

Ability to enforce company’s standards, policies, and procedures. 

Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments, delegate work. 

Possess good communication skills to deal with staff. 

Ability to be a clear thinker, analyze and resolve problems exercising good judgment.
