What You’ll Do
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe throughout every shift
- Assist with kitchen cleaning, trash removal, recycling, floors, and other utility duties
- Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies for kitchen and service teams
- Support cooks and other kitchen staff to help keep service running efficiently
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
- Help ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for every service
What We’re Looking For
- A strong work ethic and pride in cleanliness
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
