What You’ll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish area clean, organized, and safe throughout every shift
• Assist with kitchen cleaning, trash removal, recycling, floors, and other utility duties
• Restock clean dishes, cookware, and supplies for kitchen and service teams
• Support cooks and other kitchen staff to help keep service running efficiently
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
• Help ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and ready for every service

• A strong work ethic and pride in cleanliness
• Insightful workers who are willing to look for problems and solve them
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous restaurant or dishwashing experience is helpful, but not required—we’ll train the right person!
