Be a part of our kitchen crew by ensuring the cleanliness of all our dishes and serve ware!
Tasks:
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean, sanitized, and put away in proper place
- -Empty, compact and dispose all garbage into the trash bin in a safe manner
- -Sweep and mop kitchen and refrigerator floors
- -Clean, sweep back dock area
- -Clean and perform other duties pertaining to sanitation
- -Use proper safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals
- -Additional responsibilities assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES:
- Must be able to speak and understand English.
- Be courteous to guests and other employees.
- Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility.
- Must be able to repeatedly bend/stoop, frequently push/pull, and occasionally squat, reach above shoulder level, kneel and balance.
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs, and lift 75 lbs with assistance.
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and other shifts as necessary.
