The Kitchen Porter is responsible for cleanliness and supporting the efficiency in the operation, making sure the line has needed tools cleaned and organized throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Operating dishwasher, keeping up with a high volume of dishes
- Organizing clean dishes and putting them into correct areas
- Keeping dish area and machine clean throughout shift
- Assist with kitchen prep and cleanliness when times allows
Qualifications
- Any experience in a professional kitchen, similar style restaurant preferred
- Positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
