Basic / Essential Functions

• Maintain cleanliness of the dish area and back-of-house support areas
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Clean and reset dining room tables according to restaurant standards, as assigned
• Maintain service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout the shift
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned
• Additional duties may be assigned based on operational needs, including cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, mopping floors, and other cleaning tasks

Requirements

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety rules and procedures 
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry typical restaurant items (e.g., dish racks, trash bags)
• Ability to work around heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals used in restaurants, with proper safety procedures

 
Eligible to participate in the restaurant’s Service Tip Fund / tip share program, where applicable. Tip amounts vary based on business volume and are not guaranteed and are paid separately from base hourly wages.
