Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains an adequate supply of clean dishes, silverware, and utensils.
• Operates industrial dishwashing equipment according to established protocols.
• Delivers plates and silverware to various locations as needed.
• Collects dirty dishes, buses tables and cleans tables as needed.
• Maintains a clean work area throughout the entire shift.
• Cleans and sanitizes the dishwashing machine during each shift, including the exterior of the machine.
• Assists with the busing and cleaning of various units within the Student Union.
• Work hours may be adjusted to meet the needs of the unit based on work availability, special events, training, and operational demands.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Knowledge of food service utensils, plates, and industrial equipment.

Physical Requirement:

• Occasionally lift up to 50lbs.
