Position Summary:

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to support smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment quickly and thoroughly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish area at all times.
  • Keep floors, drains, and trash areas clean and safe.
  • Assist with trash removal and breakdown of boxes.
  • Support kitchen with basic cleaning and organization tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Expectations:
  • Stay on top of dish volume - no pileups.
  • Keep dish area clean, dry, and organized.
