Job Summary
We’re seeking a motivated and dependable
Prep Cook/Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. In this role, you’ll assist with food prep, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help ensure smooth service.
Responsibilities - Preparing sauces and dressings.
- Ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients.
- Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes or chef's instructions.
- Prerinse dishes, glasses, and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
- Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- Monitor levels of detergent and cleaning supplies
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings
- Perform other cleaning duties, as assigned
