Dishwasher- Full-Time- Renaissance Allentown

• $15/hr.
• Must pass criminal background check.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
• Operate dishwashing equipment according to established procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing and kitchen areas.
• Sweep and mop floors and clean work surfaces as needed.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating supplies and deliveries.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to management.
• Assist kitchen staff with cleaning and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous dishwashing, stewarding, or kitchen experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to work in hot, wet, and humid conditions.
