We are seeking an engaged, dependable, and fast-paced team member who takes pride in supporting others. This position requires someone who thrives in a high-volume, fine dining environment, can work independently in tight spaces, and maintains focus and efficiency during peak service times.

What You'll Be Doing

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, prep equipment, and barware to the highest standards
• Inspect items for cleanliness and quality; rewash or take corrective action when necessary
• Maintain an organized dish area, ensuring steady flow and readiness for service
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently
• Properly sort and store all cleaned items in a safe, secure, and organized manner
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas, including surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals
• Support the culinary team as needed to ensure smooth service operations
• Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
