Dishwasher / Kitchen Support Staff

We are seeking reliable and hard-working Dishwashers to join our kitchen team. This is a critical support role that ensures the smooth, clean, and safe operation of the entire restaurant.

Responsibilities

The Dishwasher is essential to the restaurant's daily success by:

Maintaining a clean, safe, and highly organized dish and work area throughout the shift.
Washing, sanitizing, and properly storing all dishes, utensils, glassware, and cookware with efficiency.
Setting up and breaking down dish stations quickly and correctly.
Maintaining clean and dry floors in the kitchen and dish area to prevent hazards.
Assisting the kitchen staff with minor tasks and organization as needed.

Requirements

Experience cleaning dishes in a high-volume restaurant and/or commercial kitchen environment is preferred.
A reliable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to assist colleagues.
Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
