Position Title: Discovery Business & System Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Clearance Requirements: Top Secret
Salary: Upto $105,000 Annually
Position Description:
Join a leading IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation team supporting national defense, federal agencies, and Fortune 500 organizations. As a Discovery Business & System Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the IT unit by capturing, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to drive complex discovery program projects. Your expertise will help optimize operational workflows, identify technology gaps, and validate technical solutions to meet mission-critical objectives. This is an onsite role based in Washington, DC, requiring an active Top Secret clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI clearance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing systems, develop requirements databases, and ensure seamless integration of new capabilities to improve efficiency and mission success.
Top Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience including business analysis, systems analysis, software development, quality assurance, or project management
- At least 2 years of experience supporting eDiscovery, legal environments, or discovery operations
- Active Top Secret clearance with SSBI, ability to obtain SCI clearance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
- Experience documenting and managing business processes and requirements
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively
