What You'll Do

As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will help restore homes and businesses after water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.

Responsibilities include:

• Water extraction and structural drying
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment such as air movers and dehumidifiers
• Pack-out, handling, and protection of customer contents
• Removal and disposal of damaged materials
• Cleaning and restoration of structures and contents
• Light demolition and reconstruction support
• Carpet, upholstery, odor, and specialty cleaning services
• Documenting work and communicating job progress
• Following company safety standards and restoration procedures
• Providing excellent customer service throughout the restoration process

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work well on a team
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using mobile technology and apps
• Willingness to learn and follow company procedures

Previous restoration experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Physical Requirements

This position is active and hands-on. Candidates must be able to:

• Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 pounds
• Stand, walk, bend, squat, crawl, and climb for extended periods
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Wear required personal protective equipment, including respirators when necessary
• Work safely in residential, commercial, and construction environments

Work schedule

• 8 hour shift
• On call
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
