#26-36 Disaster Case Manager HARP / KLDCMP , Full Time, Oahu - 4 positions Under general supervision, the Disaster Case Manager counsels and aids disaster survivors, individuals and/or families requiring one or more forms of services; interviews clients experiencing problems with personal and family adjustments, finances, employment, food, housing, physical and mental impairments, and/or similar areas; secures and evaluates applicable related information; refers clients to community resources and other or ganizations. The Disaster Case Manager must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work. EDUCATIONAL & WORK REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree in socia l services or related field plus a minimum of three (3) years experience working with the assigned population. High school diploma may be substituted with an additional 4 years experience working with the assigned population.
