Job Title: Disassembly Technician
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Location: 43rd Avenue & Camelback (Phoenix, AZ)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Overview:
We're seeking a Transmission Disassembly Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for disassembling transmission cores to recover and salvage parts for remanufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a hands-on environment. Must be very comfortable tearing down parts, getting dirty/oily, and performing physically demanding manual labor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming transmission cores from shipping

• Disassemble transmission units using hand and air tools

• Identify and separate transmissions into subassemblies and components

• Stage parts for semi-automated parts washer

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 1–3 months of related experience or training in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read and follow operating and maintenance instructions

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs
