Summary
The Director of Yield Operations will be responsible for developing and executing yield management strategies that maximize revenue, fill rates, CPMs, and inventory utilization across the company''s portfolio of audio properties. This individual will serve as the central leader connecting Sales, Programmatic Operations, Publisher Success, Data Analytics, and Product teams to ensure inventory is monetized efficiently and profitably.
The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in digital advertising, programmatic marketplaces, audio advertising ecosystems, pricing strategy, inventory forecasting, and revenue optimization. They will leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities, improve operational processes, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
