Director Women's and Children's

Calling all experienced Women’s & Children’s nursing leaders! We're currently partnering on an exceptional Director-level opportunity overseeing Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Level III NICU, and Pediatric services within a highly respected acute care environment in Southern California!

This role oversees approximately 2,500 annual deliveries and provides leadership for nearly 180 FTEs, including 3 department managers, across a dynamic Women’s & Children’s service line. The ideal leader will bring strong operational and clinical expertise, a passion for patient- and family-centered care, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Key areas of focus include:

• Clinical and operational oversight for L&D, Postpartum, NICU, and Pediatrics

• Leadership development, staffing strategy, and interdisciplinary collaboration

• Quality outcomes, patient experience, regulatory readiness, and fiscal stewardship

• Budget management, productivity oversight, and workforce planning

• Driving a culture of accountability, compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence

Compensation package is competitive, annual management bonus, relocation and sign-on bonus.
