Role Overview
Daten is seeking a Director / VP of Business Development to drive strategic growth and expand enterprise relationships. This leader will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing large enterprise engagements while helping position Daten as a trusted partner for AI-driven transformation.
This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role working directly with the CEO and leadership team to scale the company's enterprise revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales
  • Identify and close large enterprise opportunities ($1M–$10M+)
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of digital transformation and managed services deals
  • Position Daten's AI-powered services and data platforms to CIOs, CTOs, and technology leaders
Strategic Relationship Development
  • Build executive relationships within telecom, technology, and Fortune 500 companies
  • Expand partnerships with technology providers and ecosystem players
  • Represent Daten at industry events and strategic meetings
Deal Leadership
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to contract execution
  • Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to develop winning proposals and solutions
  • Shape SOWs, pricing, and engagement structures
Market Expansion
  • Identify new sectors where Daten's AI workflow automation and data control layer can deliver value
  • Support the development of strategic partnerships and alliances

Ideal Candidate
  • 10+ years in enterprise technology sales or business development
  • Experience selling AI, data platforms, digital transformation, or engineering services
  • Track record closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals
  • Strong executive relationships within telecom, technology, or Fortune 500 companies
