Base Salary: $225k + Bonus

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a senior Administrative Agency opportunity at a leading global financial institution, serving as the primary liaison between borrowers, lenders, and stakeholders on structured finance transactions spanning project finance, corporate finance, and real estate post-close. The role carries significant external and internal stakeholder exposure, combining loan mechanics administration, cash waterfall oversight, borrower compliance tracking, and amendment and waiver structuring across a diverse cross-sector portfolio. This is a senior, client-facing agency position that requires deep documentation expertise, strong deal structuring judgment, and the ability to navigate complex borrower and lender dynamics including workout and distressed situations. It's the right seat for a seasoned structured finance professional whose expertise travels across sectors and who is equally comfortable advising borrowers on structuring requests and coordinating lender approvals under tight timelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as administrative agent, collateral agent, and/or depository bank on project finance, corporate finance, and real estate transactions post-close;serve as the primary point of contact for borrowers and lender syndicates
  • Advise borrowers on the structuring of amendment, consent, and waiver requests;coordinate approvals with borrowers, lenders'counsel, outside experts, origination and portfolio monitoring teams, lender groups, and export credit agencies within scheduled timeframes
  • Coordinate and approve loan activity including drawdowns, rate settings, rollovers, repayments, and prepayments;manage letter of credit activity including issuance, amendments, draws, and terminations in coordination with operations teams
  • Evaluate conditions precedent and presented materials to ensure compliance with financing documentation requirements prior to approving funding activity
  • Review cash waterfalls and approve collateral account transfer requests across operating expenses, debt service, and distributions
  • Track and follow up on borrower deliverables and reporting requirements;monitor and distribute compliance items and documentation to lender groups via DebtDomain or similar data platforms
  • Respond to ad hoc information requests from lenders and borrowers;maintain key deal information, contact lists, and compliance and collateral tracking
  • Work alongside other departments and external stakeholders during the pre-closing deal process by reviewing and providing feedback on financing documents
  • Engage proactively on workout and distressed transactions as deals require restructuring or remediation
  • Support preparation of marketing materials for new transaction proposals;provide training and guidance to junior Agency team members
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflow and operational initiatives across departments
