Required Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field. Experience Required: Strong experience in enterprise change, transformation, or operating model communications within a complex, global organization.Proven ability to operate as a strategic generalist across multiple functions and regions.Exceptional writing, synthesis, and storytelling skills, particularly in high-volume, high-ambiguity environments.Comfort partnering with senior leaders, external advisors, and cross-functional teams.Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and program management.Experience coordinating across geographies and cultures, with sensitivity to regional nuance.Key Responsibilities: Enterprise & Regional Transformation CommunicationsServe as a communications partner to business lines and regions, with a primary focus on North America and global enterprise initiatives.Attend select target operating model (TOM) governance and working sessions as the communications representative.Coordinate closely with PS partners and internal communications teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and clarity.Support manager enablement by developing toolkits, talking points, and sequencing guidance to help leaders communicate effectively with their teams.Global Support (ASC and Corporate Functions)Act as a flexible communications generalist across Marketing & Communications, People Org (PO), Legal & Compliance, Finance, and ABS / Global Capability Centers.Draft communications materials, synthesize cross-functional inputs, and maintain message continuity across complex workstreams.Participate in meetings as needed to support message development, alignment, and decision-making.Regional Support & AlignmentReinsurance, NFP, and EMEA: Clarify scope and level of communications support required; support or lead early-stage communications as needs evolve.APAC: Provide light-touch alignment support, ensuring consistency with the global narrative; offer back-up drafting or synthesis support as required.Audience-Specific Communications & DeliverablesCreate and deliver tailored communications and discussion materials for distinct audience segments, including leadership, managers, and colleagues.Produce high volumes of communications artifacts, including:Change and transition emailsTalking points and leader scriptsFAQs and reference materialsCase studies and success storiesSupport a steady cadence of communications to maintain clarity, reduce uncertainty, and reinforce key messages throughout transition waves.Culture & Ways of Working CommunicationsSupport communications that reinforce desired cultural behaviors and new ways of working enabled by the target operating model, in partnership with the People Org.Connect operational and structural changes to the broader enterprise culture narrative, helping colleagues understand both what is changing and why.Highlight early wins, examples, and proof points that demonstrate new ways of working in action across regions and teams.Ensure cultural messaging remains globally consistent while allowing for appropriate regional and local nuance.Enterprise Communications Program ManagementMaintain and manage the global transformation communications workplan.Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across regions and workstreams.Coordinate inputs from business leaders, regional teams, and PS partners.Support intake, prioritization, and sequencing of communications requests to manage volume and complexity.Prepare leadership updates, status reports, and progress summaries.Enable consistent, centralized information flow so strategy, narrative, and messaging remain aligned globally.Proactively identify and manage communications risks related to timing, tone, sequencing, and potential reputational impact during transformation activity.Maintain a communications risks and issues view, partnering with Media Relations, Legal, HR, and senior Communications leaders on mitigation and response planning as needed.Support proactive communications planning, as required, in partnership with Media Relations, to reinforce the firm’s external change and transformation narrative and anticipate potential external interest or scrutiny.Role SummaryThis role provides enterprise-wide communications leadership and execution support for a global operating model and transformation agenda. The position will partner across business lines, regions, and corporate functions to deliver clear, consistent, and timely communications that support organizational change, reinforce culture and ways of working, and enable leaders through periods of transition.
