Director Technology and Digital Services

The Director, Technology Digital Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a portfolio of enterprise technology services supporting clinical, operational, and administrative functions across the healthcare system. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer or Senior Director, Technology Digital Services, this role is responsible for translating enterprise IT strategy into operational plans and ensuring the reliable delivery of secure, high-performing technology services. The Director oversees multiple teams and workstreams and is accountable for service performance, operational efficiency, financial management, and alignment with organizational priorities. The Director partners with clinical, operational, and administrative stakeholders to advance technology capabilities that support patient care, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. Preferred Experience: - Demonstrated leadership of one or more full-cycle ERP implementations, including planning, design, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and optimization activities. - Experience managing Workday and other business application release cycles, feature adoption, tenant strategy, application governance, and continuous improvement programs - Prior experience supporting Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain or related modules within a healthcare system, integrated delivery network (IDN), or academic medical center is strongly preferred. - Understanding of healthcare financial operations, workforce management, supply chain, revenue cycle interfaces, and regulatory requirements. - Experience integrating ERP with other healthcare platforms. Annual Salary Range: $149,076.80 - $220,771.20 Remote Position Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required. Masters Degree preferred. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in technology or digital services is required. 4+ years of leadership experience managing teams or managers. Experience delivering enterprise technology services in healthcare or similarly regulated industries preferred.
