Position Overview
With a more than 200-year history, Flowserve remains focused on growth and continuous improvement. To support impactful goals and drive this continued growth, the company is investing in its talent function, which will be a large piece of the broader HR strategy moving forward. It is furthering its commitment to the talent function by hiring a new Director, Talent Management, which will lead our enterprise Talent Management function. This critical leader will report to our CHRO and will partner with senior business leaders.
This role will be accountable for the organization's broader talent strategy. The function currently has a strong foundation, and this leader will assess and find ways to improve the employee experience and TM function. Initial areas of focus will include employee engagement and retention, career development, early careers programs, performance management and succession planning.
The ideal candidate will bring a breadth of knowledge in TM from best-in-class companies, build upon Flowserve existing programs, and demonstrate strong execution. Experience within manufacturing- focused organizations, especially with a global presence, will be critical. This role will need to be a pragmatic leader who can prioritize and progress initiatives from ideas to reality.
