Role Summary
RaceTrac is building the talent capabilities needed to support our continued growth. The Director, Talent & Development leads the strategy, design, and evolution of our enterprise talent programs, including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth.
Partnering closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and HR Technology, this role helps ensure we attract, develop, and advance the talent needed to build a high-performing, future-ready organization.
