General Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition leader in the Dallas metro area to join our team as Director of Talent Acquisition for Door-to-Door External Sales. The primary responsibility is to drive revenue growth by building and executing a best-in-class recruiting strategy that attracts, identifies, and hires top-performing D2D sales talent at scale. The ideal candidate is a high-energy recruiting leader who can build pipelines from the ground up, develop recruiting infrastructure, and partner closely with sales leadership to ensure we are consistently bringing in the right people to grow and elevate our field sales organization. Compensation for this role is a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.
