Location: San Jose, California
Salary: $180,000 – $276,000/year + Incentive Bonus up to 17.5%
Schedule: Full-Time Days with Rotating Weekends
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead OR operations, ensure high-quality patient care, oversee staffing, budgeting, and operational performance. The role will collaborate with physicians and leadership teams to improve surgical services, patient outcomes, and departmental growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
• Master’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years of recent leadership experience Surgical Services experience required
• Strong leadership, operational, and patient care management skills
