Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. No visa sponsorship available. No third-party agencies or C2C arrangements.
Remote – USA - ideally Eastern time zone
Salary range: $150,000 – $214,000 plus bonus
About the Role
We are hiring an Executive Director of Product Management to own the product lifecycle and go-to-market execution for our Supply Resiliency Platform. The platform spans two use-case tracks: Procure-to-Pay (hospital) and Order-to-Cash (manufacturer/supplier). Reporting to the VP, Product Management, you will own platform requirements, product launch, and the forward-deployed pilot through general availability.
This is a build-and-commercialize role. You will drive pilot customer selection and execution, product requirements and roadmap, commercial packaging and pricing, and GTM alignment across Engineering, forward-deployed teams, Sales, Marketing, Implementation, Professional Services, Customer Care, and Finance.
Why This Role Matters
Healthcare supply chain resiliency is now a contested category. Well-funded, AI-native challengers are selling point solutions directly to hospitals. This role exists to win that fight by turning our two-sided network of 600+ connected providers and their suppliers into a resiliency platform that out-executes single-sided competitors on speed, breadth, and proven customer outcomes. You own that outcome from platform definition through GA and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle for our Orchestration platform, from forward-deployed pilot and prototype through GA, across both Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash tracks
- Design and govern the pilot selection engine: hard-gate criteria (data access, SME time, on-site access, feedback cadence, executive sponsor) plus a weighted scorecard to rank candidates
- Own pilot cohort selection and all stage-gate decisions (entry, mid-pilot, exit), including go/kill/reallocate calls on stalled accounts
- Partner with Forward-Deployed Engineering to scope on-site pilots, define track-specific entry criteria and success metrics, and turn pilot learnings into a repeatable deployment playbook
- Report progress against exit bars: P0/P1 resolution, GA-candidate certification, referenceable-logo targets, and quantified ROI proof points by persona and track
- Lead product’s input into the GTM plan, keeping pricing/packaging, pilot delivery, and marketing aligned to a shared milestone schedule
- Define and evolve the tiered commercial model (Foundation / Agentic / Outcome-Premium) and hybrid pricing (base subscription plus metered/outcome layer), working with Finance and Deal Desk on SOW structure, platform contracting, and pilot-to-GA conversion terms
- Translate persona-based requirements (executive sponsor, operational champion, SME end-users, technical/integration owner, data steward) into a technical roadmap with Engineering
- Clarify product boundaries across adjacent offerings and own customer-facing positioning and sales-enablement materials
- Analyze market trends and AI-native competitors to defend our “orchestration” positioning and win head-to-head evaluations
- Build executive-level relationships with pilot customers and internal sponsors to unblock data, SME time, site access, and structured feedback
- Lead through influence across Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver the roadmap and improve implementation efficiency, supportability, and reliability
- Develop and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers
- Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to the executive steering committee
- Identify and qualify future use cases for prioritization

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Travel of approximately 25–50%, including on-site pilot customer visits
