Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
- Provide immediate and respectful responses to guest needs
- Train new hires, set the tone for shifts, and serve as a role model
- Open and close the restaurant, lead shifts, and handle key holder duties
- Count drawers and finalize daily operations
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications & Requirements
- Friendly smile and enthusiastic communication
- Ability to create emotional connections with guests and team members
- Reliable transportation and availability to work Monday to Friday plus weekends
- Strong people skills with a passion for serving and developing Team Members
- Commitment to superior customer service and a collaborative team environment
- Experience in leadership roles preferred but not required
