Implement proper procurement processes, leveraging subject matter experts to cater programs to meet their needs
Create and manage requests for information, quotes, and proposals (RFX)
Develop contract management standards and proper storing and retention
Provide key performance indicators for measuring procurement performance and measuring performance against implemented agreements
Negotiate contracts for purchase of goods and services for operational and corporate needs including, but not limited to, software, hardware, fuel, ground service equipment, airport services, uniforms, third-party commerce programs, components, and materials, etc.
Manage vendor management activities with internal business teams, including analyzing vendor performance, documenting failures, and following up with the vendor on complaints and other issues
Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and external suppliers to work towards enhancing existing agreements, communicating changes, and updating contracts
Other duties as assigned
Achieve performance measures and adhere to established standards in conjunction with Breeze Aviation Group Values of Safety, Kindness, Integrity, Ingenuity, and Excellence
Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree in Finance or a related field
10+ years of procurement experience, including progressive leadership roles
Experience with contract review and analysis
High performance orientation, ability to work well under pressure, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and maintain flexibility
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Self-starter must have a positive attitude and strong desire for success
Complete projects on time with minimal supervision, ability to work varied hours when necessary to meet deadlines
Must have authorization to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986

Knowledge of procurement best practices, total cost of ownership, planning, and analysis
