    THE ROLE:

    This position is responsible for the sales and building relationships with new Financial Institution (FI) partners through Merchant Services.

    The ultimate expectation of this role is to bring new FI partners to Merchant Services:

    ⢠Drive and manage the sales plan for new FI partnerships

    ⢠Generate new sales leads & drive adoption of Autobooks

    ⢠Develop referral partnerships that help drive revenue

    ⢠Identify, prospect, and close new FI partners to meet and exceed annual goals

    ⢠Negotiate FI partnership agreements

    ⢠Perform daily efforts to generate lead sources and pipeline management

    ⢠Understand & remain up-to-date on banking industry insights & issues, specifically community banking

    Basic Qualifications:

    Education and Experience: Bachelors in related field and 5 years of related experience or HS/GED and 9 years

    ⢠Willingness to travel, could be up to 50%

    ⢠1-3 years sales experience within the financial services industry

    ⢠Understanding of community banking current events & industry issues

    ⢠Presentation experience

    ⢠Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel

    ⢠Effectively manage sales process from beginning to end; from prospect identification & development to successfully closing the deal

    ⢠Negotiation skills are a must as this role will review agreements with FI prospects

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Education and Experience: Bachelorâs and 5

    ⢠Strong business acumen; will interact with executives at all levels, including CEO & President

    ⢠Excellent communication skills â written and verbal

    ⢠Relationship building & utilizing a consultative approach is necessary for success in this position

    ⢠Strong communication skills to effectively communicate our solution and benefits
