Overview
The Director, Business Performance – Semiconductor will lead the business development engine supporting TSMC and other strategic semiconductor clients, depending on capacity and workload availability at TSMC. This role is responsible for owning the end-to-end BD process — from opportunity shaping through solution development and final deliverables — ensuring alignment across operations, engineering, finance, and executive leadership.
This leader will assist with building scalable, repeatable processes for the TSMC account that elevate ABM’s semiconductor capabilities and assist with creation of a standardized go-to-market model that can be deployed across other major chip manufacturers.
This is a high-impact, strategic role requiring strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to deeply understand client culture, operational sensitivities, risk posture, and performance pain points to design solutions aligned with mission-critical manufacturing environments.
