At Excelitas Technologies you are how we EXCEL.The OpportunityWe are presently looking for a DirectorSr Financewho will be a trusted global business partner to the GMVP for the Industrial Material Solutions Division ~USD 160M in annual revenue and reports to the CFO & SVP of the Advanced Industrial Segment. The Sr. Finance Director leads a small team whose core responsibilities include strategic business partnership FP&A and management reporting.In this role you will be able to make demonstrable impact on the Industrial Material Solutions Division and its P&L. This position will be located in Hiram Ohio with Pittsburgh PA as the alternate option.ResponsibilitiesGlobal P&L Ownership for the DivisionActs as a key adviser to Division leadership for strategic investments and initiativesBack-up to the Division VPGM when heshe is unavailable e.g. fill-in as presenter representing the businessCreates active partnership with Operations Product Management R&D and other functionsAnalyzes data and prepares executive summaries for operational financial and strategic decision-makingSupports Product Management on customer RFQ pricing & margin performancePerforms R&D project analytics and investment reviewScrutinizes Division P&L to assess operating margin performance and makes recommendations to improve profitabilityPrepares KPI variance analysis including financial bridges for DivisionParticipates actively in monthly operating reviewsPlays a leading role in the annual budget process and long-range strategic planning processAnalyzes understands and provides executive summaries using cost accounting principles including an in depth understanding of fixed vs. variable cost for general management and business casesPerforms diligence and prepares business case deal model for relevant M&A pipeline opportunity assessmentUnderstands and utilizes data and systems for consolidated management reportingSuppports or leads relevant reporting automation and systems projectsSupports integrity and timeline for month-end close process.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required Masters Degree preferredPossess more than ten 10 years of experience as a Finance Leader required with experience on a global scale and in manufacturing or manufacturing technology companiesStrong analytical and communication skillsHave proficiency in MS Office requiredHave experience with SAP OneStream PowerBI preferredKey attributes for this position includeSolution-oriented with a bias for actionStrong analytical and communication skillsCombines diligent work ethic with high intellectual curiosityThrives in a culture that encourages performance teamwork and accountabilityPlease noteThis position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations ITARVisa sponsorship is not available for this positionLI-AM1Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action EmployerMinoritiesFemalesDisabilityGender IdentitySexual OrientationExcelitas is seeking leaders and innovators to join our global team Visit httpsjobs.excelitas.com
