As a Director, SPWS Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in growing this business by building meaningful relationships and connecting clients to Schwab's full range of capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Drive new business growth by outbound prospecting, networking, qualifying, and closing UHNW client relationships
  • Serve as a subject matter resource on SPWS and UHNW client needs
  • Align clients to the most appropriate Schwab solutions
  • Connect clients to relationship structures across Private Wealth Services, Family Office, and Separate Account Network
  • Build strong partnerships with Wealth Consultants, Financial Consultants, and internal teams
  • Support SPWS growth through referrals, asset consolidation, and network development
  • Maintain focus on developing new UHNW opportunities

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of UHNW or family office/business development experience
  • 2+ years of prospecting and building UHNW relationships
  • Series 7 and 66 licenses (66 may be obtained with a condition of employment )
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or JD
  • Experience with complex UHNW needs
  • Established network of centers of influence
