Description:

At Chick-fil-A Centerville Hwy we create experiences worthy of a detour each and every day. The Director role at Chick-fil-A Centerville Hwy will report directly to the Executive Leadership team and Owner/Operator and sit on a team of other Directors. Each Director will have full responsibility of their respective area of the business including - but not limited to - growing top line revenue, managing food and labor costs, upholding operational excellence, achieving monthly guests satisfaction and profitability goals, and stewarding leadership development amongst the team. The ideal candidate will have high level leadership experience, a tenacious desire to continuously improve, and a variety of experiences with operations, budget management, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Daily operational execution
• Manage P&L costs to drive both top line and bottom line growth
• Steward development amongst team
• Strategic planning
• Meet monthly customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure clean and safe environment
• Serve guests quickly with accuracy
• Develop and uphold operations systems & processes
