LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently hiring a Director to manage client relationships, participate in portfolio recommendations, and engage in investment strategy discussions while ensuring high-touch client service. This role requires 6+ years of wealth management experience, and strong client relationship management skills. This role is in San Francisco, CA and offers a hybrid work environment with 3 days onsite. The anticipated salary is $120,000 -$200,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client service to existing and prospective clients, including leading client meetings, developing customized financial strategies, and confidently discuss investments with clients
- Manage portfolio analysis, trade execution and account maintenance
- Assist with preparation of client meeting materials, reports, and presentations
- Engage in investment strategy discussions
- Participate in portfolio recommendations
- Construct performance and asset allocation reports
- Monitor investment performance and manage portfolios
- Review alternative investment strategies
- Research client inquiries and conduct quarterly performance reviews
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 6 years of wealth management experience required\
- CFA, CFP CAIA designation preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
- Proven track record managing client relationships
- Strong investment knowledge
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Team-oriented
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
