Our Directors are responsible for executing daily operations and keeping team members/leaders accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Directors’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Directors lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Director Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Address customer and team member concerns and escalations
- Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures
- Mentor team members and leaders while building high performing teams
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members
- Excellence in communication for audiences ranging from individual contributors to senior leadership
- Proven ability to translate leadership goals into actionable tasks
- Cross-industry experience is welcome — a restaurant background is not necessary.
- You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs.
- You have demonstrated leadership ability with at least two years of experience in a customer-facing setting.
