  • Lead strategic planning initiatives, including market segmentation, territory strategy, account prioritization, capacity planning, and resource allocation.
  • Drive executive business rhythms by leading QBRs, forecast reviews, account reviews, and strategic planning processes that improve accountability and execution.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through business analytics, forecasting, pipeline analysis, and market intelligence to support executive decision-making.
  • Influence commercial operating models, organizational design, and go-to-market strategies that improve sales productivity and organizational performance.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Finance, and Human Resources to influence sales incentive strategies and planning frameworks that reinforce business priorities and desired commercial outcomes.
  • Champion initiatives that simplify processes, leverage automation and AI, and improve operational efficiency, seller productivity, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, Human Resources, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and execution.
  • Build, coach, and develop a high-performing Sales Strategy team while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership by identifying growth opportunities, evaluating business performance, and recommending strategies that drive long-term commercial success.

About You

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Strategy, or a related commercial function.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior Sales leadership to drive commercial strategy, revenue growth, and business transformation.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive presence with exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Expertise in commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, forecasting, territory strategy, business analytics, and sales performance management.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing teams while driving alignment across multiple business functions.
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve commercial execution and operational effectiveness is preferred.
  • MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
