We're looking for a Director, Sales who's excited to make an impact. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of experienced Account Executives focused on SMB through mid-market level clients. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, optimizing the sales process, and elevating team performance as we scale. You'll partner cross-functionally with Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to refine our go-to-market motion and ensure our Fire & Life Safety vertical is positioned for sustainable, long-term growth. This role is ideal for a strategic, metrics-driven sales leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited by the opportunity to build and scale within a high-growth SaaS business.
You will be responsible for coaching and developing sales professionals to engage with prospects, introduce ServiceTrade, gain an understanding of their business and growth goals and help generate qualified opportunities to move through the sales funnel.
