    • Job Summary
    • This senior leadership position is responsible for developing and executing the company's RMA and Asset Recovery strategy across all warehouse locations. The Director of RMA is accountable for maximizing recovery of company capital through timely return of products to vendors, warranty recovery programs, supplier claims management, reverse logistics processes, and disposition of non-sellable inventory. This role ensures the organization minimizes inventory losses, recovers vendor credits promptly, and optimizes overall return operations while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

    • Primary Duties and Responsibilities
    • RMA and Asset Recovery Management
    • Including, but not limited to:Develop and execute company-wide RMA and asset recovery strategies
    •     Manage vendor return and recovery programsEstablish RMA policies, procedures, and performance standards
    •     Drive recovery of vendor credits, allowances, and warranty claimsOversee disposition of obsolete, damaged, and non-sellable inventory
    •     Standardize return processes across all warehouse locationsMonitor return aging and recovery performance
    •     Partner with Purchasing, Inventory Control, Finance, and Operations teamsLead reverse logistics and asset recovery initiatives
    •     Negotiate recovery opportunities with manufacturers and suppliers
    • Manages Various Business Goals Including:RMA Recovery Dollars
    •     Vendor Credit Recovery RateReturn Aging Reduction
    •     Warranty Recovery PerformanceUnsaleable Inventory Reduction

    • Minimum Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline
    •     10+ years of warehouse, supply chain, or reverse logistics experience7+ years of people management experience
    •     Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and recovery programsStrong financial analysis and reporting skills
    •     Experience with inventory management and return authorization systemsStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
    •     Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ERP/WMS systemsAbility to travel throughout the U.S. (25%-40%)
    •     Current driver's license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
