Allied Universal is hiring a Director, Revenue Operations. The Director of Revenue Operations will lead sales planning, improve sales execution, strengthen forecasting discipline, and drive operational excellence across our sales function serving multiple business units.
This senior contributor role will be responsible for aligning sales, marketing, finance, and customer success around the processes, data, systems, and insights needed to accelerate growth. The Director of Revenue Operations will play a critical role in improving sales productivity, enhancing pipeline data integrity, enabling better decision-making, and supporting scalable commercial performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess one of the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field of study
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Analytics, or a related field of study with a minimum of five (5) years of working experience with Salesforce CRM, and CPQ/pricing tools
High school diploma with a minimum of seven (7) years of working experience with Salesforce CRM, and CPQ/pricing tools
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or sales leadership
Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with Salesforce CRM, and CPQ/pricing tools
Strong Excel-based analytical and financial modeling skills
Strong data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development capabilities
Working knowledge of business intelligence tools, preferably DOMO
Excellent communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills
Proven ability to effectively lead change, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence senior stakeholders
Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and supportive skills
Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
