    Overview:
    Symbiotic Services is partnering with a major, regulated‑industry corporation seeking a skilled professional to join their team at their Greensboro, NC location.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and execute strategic initiatives aligned with business goals and the company’s “challenger‑mindset” culture.
    • Partner with cross‑functional teams (including business, regulatory, IT, and external stakeholders) to develop and implement effective solutions.
    • Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver recommendations.
    • Manage end‑to‑end project or program delivery, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk mitigation, and documentation.
    • Communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences, supporting alignment and decision‑making.
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, maintain procedures and ensure consistent standards across functions.
    • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering, Data Analysis) or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 3 + years of related experience in analysis, project/program delivery, data interpretation, or solution design in a business/technical environment.
    • Demonstrated experience with data analytics, reporting, presentation of insights, and ability to translate complex information for varied audiences.
    • Strong skills in communication (written and verbal), stakeholder management, prioritization, problem‑solving, and adaptability.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (e.g., Teams) and comfort working independently and as part of a team.

    Work Environment:

    • Office/hybrid setup (remote + on‑site work) in a corporate setting.
    • Requires frequent computer use, extended periods of sitting or standing, and typical office equipment use.
    • Occasional physical activity such as walking around the facility or moving light objects may be required.
