    Description

    • Developing new or enhancing existing quality improvement activities, implementing new or modifying existing quality control and workflow processes, developing standard work and engaging staff in continuous improvement activities, facilitating trainings to health center personnel, monitoring progress towards desired quality goals, and reporting outcomes to stakeholder
    • In collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer, provides administrative oversight of assigned clinical performance measures and partners with the clinic team to implement activities to improve outcomes.  Responsible for embracing and fostering a culture of excellent customer service in the spirit of the health center’s core values.  Supervises the Program Manager.  
     
    • Coordinates the implementation of (NCQA) Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) recognition program initiatives. 
    • Coordinates with the Chief Medical Officer to develop, implement and facilitate ongoing quality assurance and peer-review programs.
    • Leads process improvement activities to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of health center services.
    • Analyzes patient satisfaction data and leads activities designed to improve the patient experience.
    • Creates an annual training calendar and coordinates the delivery of ongoing quality improvement and risk management trainings.

    Minimum Position Qualifications: List the minimum qualifications required for this position.
    • Education:  Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Health or related field. Master's degree strongly preferred.
    • Experience / Training:  A minimum of two years of related experience in a health center setting; must demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, leadership skills, and strong interpersonal skills; must be able to approach staff about quality issues with tact and diplomacy.  Supervisory experience.
    License / Certification:   LVN or RN strongly preferred
