YOU MUST HAVE
- 8+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance
- Demonstrated success in executive-level leadership and management
- Exceptional knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
- Proven track record in implementing and optimizing quality control systems and processes
- Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced analytical skills, with a visionary and strategic mindset

PAY RANGE
The annual base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Solstice Advanced Materials considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities or the position, the candidate''s work experience education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
