The Director, Purchasing & Supply Chain, Americas is a key member of the Americas leadership team responsible for developing and executing the end-to-end procurement and supply chain strategy across the region. This role provides leadership for purchasing, sourcing, materials planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance to ensure operational excellence, cost competitiveness, and uninterrupted supply to our customers.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Commercial, and Global Procurement teams, this role drives strategic initiatives that improve supplier performance, optimize inventory and working capital, reduce costs, mitigate supply chain risks, and support business growth. The role balances short-term operational execution with long-term strategic planning, ensuring the organization can meet customer demand while building a resilient and high-performing supply chain.
The successful candidate will be a strategic leader who can influence across functions, develop strong supplier partnerships, and lead teams through change while delivering measurable business results. This position plays a critical role in supporting the growth, profitability, and operational performance of the MRS Americas business.
